Crunchy Diet: Jenny Craig Week One

Here's my crunchy update. One week = two pounds! Feeling awesome and accomplished. And it's been pretty easy.
I cook my food at the same I cook for my family and try to make things similar - so if I am having macaroni and cheese, I make home made mac n cheese for my husband and daughter. Then no one asks for bites of mine and I don't feel deprived.
Here's to week two!!!
